1.This machine is a two-axis continuous-control CNC lathe designed for semi-finishing and finishing of shaft-type and disc-type parts. Equipped with an advanced CNC system, it supports interpolation of straight lines, oblique lines, and arcs, as well as the turning of straight and tapered metric and inch threads.

2.The machine features a 45-degree integral rear-slanting bed, which facilitates operation and adjustment, provides excellent structural rigidity, and promotes efficient chip removal.

3.The longitudinal and transverse guideways consist of high-precision, heavy-duty hardened and plastic-coated guideway pairs, which enhance machine rigidity and extend service life.

4.The machine’s spindle is driven by a wide-range speed-adjustable servo motor, featuring hydraulic two-speed shifting with stepless speed regulation within each range, improving transmission smoothness and enabling both low-speed high-torque cutting and high-speed cutting.

5.The machine is equipped with a 12-station horizontal hydraulic tool turret from Taiwan, along with appropriate fixtures, providing broad process adaptability and reducing auxiliary time during machining.

Spindle

The spindle features a typical high-speed, high-precision, and high-rigidity design, with high-precision spindle bearings from NSK of Japan. The spindle has two hydraulic speed ranges with stepless speed variation within each range, enabling both low-speed, high-torque cutting and high-speed cutting.
Chuck
The machine tool is equipped with an 800 mm hydraulic three-jaw chuck, ensuring secure workpiece clamping, high positioning accuracy, and excellent dimensional consistency in machining.
Tailstock
The machine tool is equipped with a hydraulic telescoping swivel tailstock, featuring hydraulic locking of the tailstock body and hydraulic clamping of the tailstock spindle. The movement of the tailstock body is controlled by a sliding saddle, and the tailstock locks automatically via a hydraulic mechanism.
